By allowing Contact Information to be collected, You give indeepay.in a right to use that Contact Information as a part of the service provided by indeepay.in and you guarantee that you have any and all permissions required to share such Contact Information with us.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All sales are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the payment of the utility bill payment and all charges that result from these payments. We shall not be responsible for any payment for an incorrect account number or bill payment number. In case, money has been charged to your card or bank account or payment instrument and a payment/service is not delivered by the service provider within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us regarding the same by sending an email to info(at)indeepay(dot)in.Please include in the email the following details: the mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment number, service provider name, payment value, transaction date and order number. We shall investigate such incidents and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account or payment instrument without delivery of the payment/service then you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your card or bank account or the indeepay.in Balance Account. We shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above-mentioned options.
9. Coupon Redemption: Coupon redemption is purely subjected to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by the respective retailer. Coupons are issued on behalf of the respective retailer. Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by the end user by using the coupon is not the responsibility of http://www.indeepay.in.
10. Exclusions and Limitations: The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

BY ACCESSING THE indeepay.in or Its associated offering through its SYSTEM, Website OR USING THE INDEEPAY.IN offering varied service i.e NPCI ENABLED PAYMENT SYSTEM,TRAVEL,INSURANCE OR ('SERVICE'), IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS ("TERMS").
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SERVICE.

1. The NPCI enabled Payment System,Travel,Insurance or ("Service/s") is provided by Indeepay Technologies Pvt Ltd ("indeepay.in") as an Agent Institution (AI) for BBPS services or with other relevant partners offerings over indeepay websites.
2. In order to avail/use the Service the Customer need to select the available biller or the services offered on the indeepay.in website/mobile application.
3. Display of billers & their availability are subject to their availability/participation on the BBPS platform or for other the Travel,Insurance,Cms,Fees collection services or other services listed over indeepay.in.
4. indeepay.in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage sustained by the Customer with regard to payment of bills on account of system level error, system failure, stoppage of access, break-down in computer hardware or software systems including any break-down of internet services/breakdown of network arising on account of circumstances not attributable to the indeepay.in or beyond the control of the indeepay.in and/or any delay or default on the part of the service providers.
5. Customers are requested to note down the Transaction Reference ID, on completion of payment for further grievance redressal, if any.
6. Settlement Cycle-  The Bill Payments made on the BBPS platform will reach the biller within 3 business days for other services travel,insurance etc. refer to txn receipt as & when issued.
7. Charges- indeepay.in may or may not levy any convenience fee for using the Services.
8. Customer Grievance Redressal Framework
   Customers can alternatively search, view and raise a complaint on the BBPS CMS or the other service rendered by visiting the BBPS/service level complaint section at indeepay.in.
   Alternately, the Customer can approach indeepay.in as per the Grievance Redressal Framework provided below:

We have a Contact Center set up where a customer can call 88003-88004 or write to support[at]indeepay[dot]in to report an issue with the transaction, the support is available on the working days in a year from 10 am till 6 pm.
For Customer Complaints where ticket number is generated the period of resolution is 7 Business Days.

Given Closure

1. Where the complainant has communicated his acceptance of the company’s decision on redressal of grievance communicated by grievance redressal; or
2. Where the complainant has not communicated his acceptance of the company’s decision, within 7 days from the date of communication of decision by the company, as the case may be.
